1General Terms & Applicability

bybit (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms apply to all services, websites, mobile applications, and other digital channels of the platform.

In these terms, "user", "player", or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform who uses bybit's services.

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may not be returned.

3Account Security & Management

The user is responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. bybit will never ask for a password via email or live chat.

• Sharing account details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
• bybit is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account.
• Use a strong password — combine letters, numbers, and special characters with a minimum of 8 characters.

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the bybit platform is ৳200. The following payment methods can be used to make a deposit:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks)

Users must only use payment accounts registered in their own name. Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be needed in some cases for identity verification.

4.3 Balance & Transaction Rules

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities.
• Bonus balance is calculated separately and its own terms apply.
• Once a withdrawal request has begun processing, it cannot be cancelled.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bybit offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw after receiving a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus benefit applies only once per user.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games may apply — check the details of each offer separately.
• bybit reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Bonus deposit requests will only be considered after the deposit has been processed.

6Gaming Rules & Fair Play

bybit is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in every game. All games on the platform are operated by internationally recognized game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). No game outcome is predetermined, and the platform does not alter results in any way.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly stated in the game lobby. bybit reserves the right to change betting limits under specific circumstances.

6.3 Technical Errors

7Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

• Any attempt to manipulate the platform's software, systems, or game outcomes in one's own favour.
• Using another user's account or attempting to hack accounts.
• Operating games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Bonus fraud through multiple accounts.
• Cyberattacks on gaming systems or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
• Threatening or disrespectful behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Spreading false information on third-party websites associated with the platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.1 Closure by the Platform

bybit reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false or incomplete information is provided.
• If the user does not cooperate with identity verification.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
• To comply with applicable laws or regulatory authority directives.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their own account at will. To do so, contact the support team by email or live chat. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Option

If a user feels that gaming is becoming harmful to them, they may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section.

9Limitation of Liability

The bybit platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. bybit will not be liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or faults in the user's device.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of terms.
• Delays or issues due to the failure of a third-party payment service provider.
• Unforeseen technical failures beyond our control.
• Financial loss from gaming — gaming is a risk-based form of entertainment and there is no guarantee of winning.

In no case will bybit's maximum liability exceed the total amount deposited in the user's relevant account.

10Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaint Submission Process

For any dispute or complaint, the user must first contact the bybit support team. Complaints can be submitted via live chat or email. The support team will review the matter as quickly as possible.

10.2 Investigation Process

To resolve a dispute, bybit will review relevant log files, transaction records, and game history. The account in question may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

10.3 Final Decision

11Responsible Gaming
